Balance And You recognises everyone is unique and that fitness training and advice needs will vary depending on you!

 

Kristen Cameron has a background as an intensive care nurse and understands the importance of health, lifestyle and balance.  Kristen has two young children and therefore an appreciation of the challenges this presents on your body, time and your family.  Her nursing background provides a greater knowledge on surgery recovery, importance of maintaining a healthy weight and conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes.

 

A qualified personal trainer and member of the Australian Fitness Network, she enjoys training and keeping things fun, whilst achieving the goals.

 

It is all about getting the balance right for you to suit your goals & lifestyle.

Kristen is based in the Hawthorne, Bulimba, Balmoral, Norman Park and Morningside suburbs who can come to you or provide a suitable venue to train at.
